AUSA takes part in the training of future engineers from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Our company collaborates in financing the training costs and takes on as interns those students of Technical Engineering interested in obtaining the Industrial Management Diploma.

In addition, AUSA also takes part in several projects on a European level. This year, given the success of previous events, AUSA has signed a collaboration agreement with the Leonardo da Vinci program to train European students in our company. Additionally, the company also takes on interns for work experience programs as part of the French Liceos (BTS).

On a local level, AUSA regularly signs agreements with universities in the province of Barcelona, among which are the UPC, Pompeu Fabra or Elisaba. From time to time, the company also takes on students from business schools such as IESE and ICEX interns.
