• The application of calculations in the development phase to offer a resistant body and suitability for the toughest tasks resulted in the incorporation of a high resistance steel chassis. This chassis guarantees optimum performance in any condition.
• The thermo-molded frontal structure, the rotomolded control panel, and the integral firm roll bar and tube resistant structure of the cabin, grant this vehicle an assured durability and toughness.

Quality:

• FINITE COMPONENTS: In order to offer the achieved results of the DVH vehicles, it was necessary to previously calculate in the development phase the level of resistance and reliance of all the components. This analysis was denominated as the "Finite Components". The positive results of the analysis certified the design, which was dynamically tested subsequently.
• FUNCTIONAL TESTS: The dynamic tests validated the previous guidelines and confirmed the reliability and resistance of the components. These tests of weariness were conducted on extreme conditions where the totality of the vehicle was thoroughly tested.
