AUSA, certified as one of the best companies to work for

•    The company has been awarded the “Great Place to Work” certification, the highest global recognition for people management.
•    94% of its employees state that they feel proud when they say that they work in AUSA.

AUSA, the manufacturer of compact all-terrain industrial vehicles based in Manresa, Barcelona, has been certified as one of the best companies to work for in Spain by the Great Place to Work Institute, the most prestigious global institution in the field of people management and business strategy. The companies are evaluated by the employees themselves, who rate different aspects of their companies, confidentially.

“We are extremely proud to be awarded this world-renowned certificate once again, because it's not an outside organisation assessing us, it's AUSA's 337 employees”, remarked Antoni Tachó, AUSA's Human Resources Director. “We have always made it a priority to do everything possible to create a good work environment, because the workers spend a significant part of their day in the company. We want them to feel appreciated and comfortable in their place of work, but we also want them to identify with the company and always be aware of our shared goals. This is perfectly illustrated by the fact that 94% of them state that they feel proud when they say that they work in AUSA”.

After an evaluation of the organisational environment, which includes a global survey that was completed by 88% of employees, they gave their desire to remain in the company in the long term a rating of 86%, reflecting their strong commitment and the good work environment. Additionally, in 90% of cases, they stated that AUSA is a good place to work, considering all aspects of the company.

As part of the company's human resource strategy, it is worth highlighting the Chispa Plan (spark plan), a people management model aimed at ensuring that all AUSA employees truly take the reins in their jobs, while at the same time enjoying their professional careers. AUSA strives to provide a suitable work environment with the various tools included in this plan, e.g. communication, training and development, remuneration, fringe benefits and corporate social responsibility serving as a framework for the personal and professional growth of its workers, in pursuit of a good work environment.
